Home Care Network is an agency founded by a registered nurse, Christalynn Chambers, in 2022. The goal behind this business operation was to ensure that adequate services and holistic care could be provided to clients in the comfort of their homes. Our aim is to offer caregiver support to seniors to ease the burden of them being responsible for their activities of daily living. Nursing services are also offered to those who require a little more medical attention from their physicians. Our team is here to offer a peace of mind, comfort, and clarity as we decrease the workload for our beloved clients.

Coverage:
We accept private pay and veteran clients.
VA clients are covered under an aid and attendance pension and must meet the following eligibility requirements:
– Veteran, surviving spouse, or married couple.
– Assets of less than $150,538 (excluding 1 home and 1 car)
– Honorably Discharged
– Served in one of the following wars during these time periods:
- World War II 12/07/1941 – 12/31/1946
- Korean War 6/27/1950 – 01/31/1955
- Republic of Vietnam 11/01/1955 – 08/04/1964
- Vietnam 8/05/1964 – 05/07/1975
- Gulf War 8/02/1990 – TBD (minimum 2 years active duty)
